Ham and Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ham and Cheese Crescent Rolls

These quick and easy ham and cheese crescent rolls come together in just a few minutes and are perfect for lunch boxes or dinner on a super busy night!

Who doesn’t love a crescent roll? I think you could roll just about anything up in a crescent roll and my crowd would eat it. I try to keep at least a couple cans of the refrigerated ones on hand at all times for quick lunches or last-minute dinners. And budget tip, in my area, I can get the Aldi brand for less than half the price of even the store brand at my local grocery store.

This is a great basic method to learn. Once you know the method, you can make countless variations! They are great with pizza toppings, and you can also use up leftover taco meat for a Mexican version. You can even make a quick and easy sweet treat by tucking Nutella inside and sprinkling them with powdered sugar!

To make the ham and cheese version, just get whatever type of deli ham your family prefers and some shredded cheese. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the little triangles. Place a slice of ham in the center of each triangle and add a couple tablespoons of shredded cheese to the center of the ham. Roll each piece of dough up into a crescent shape, and pop them into the oven! Easy peasy!

Crescent Roll Triangles

You can eat these right away or save them for later. They are delicious warm, but are also tasty at room temperature, making them perfect for lunch boxes. They also come in handy on those busy evenings when you’re just too tired to cook a real meal. You could even put the kids to work putting them together!

Go ahead, make a double batch tonight! You’ll have a super easy dinner, and you’ll have lunch for the kids for tomorrow!
