Method
- Heat evaporated milk over medium low heat 3-5 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
- Slowly add in cheese while whisking to prevent clumps.
- Add seasonings and stir together until well incorporated.
- Turn off heat. Cover sauce and keep warm while cooking broccoli.
- Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions (I steam mine in the microwave).
- Top cooked broccoli with cheese sauce and mix well.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
