Easy Quiche
This easy quiche recipe is a classic! It comes together in no time with just a handful of ingredients. You can easily swap out ingredients for what you have on hand. It's perfect for weekend brunch or meal prep for the week.

- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- salt, pepper, and seasoning, to taste *I like Shake Tasty by Fire and Smoke Society
- 2/3 cup deli ham, diced *Use any protein you like
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese *Use any cheese you like
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and seasoning.
Add in ham and cheese, or any other meat, cheese or veggies you prefer.
Roll out pie crust into the bottom of a pie dish, or prepare crust as directed.
Pour filling into prepared crust.
Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes, until eggs are set and top is lightly browned.
Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
