- 1 16 oz bag frozen vegetable medley *I used broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
- 2 tbsp cooking oil *I prefer avocado or olive oil
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix *Substitute Ranch seasoning if you prefer
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Pour frozen vegetables onto large sheet pan. Add oil and Italian dressing mix. Toss together to coat.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, or until crisp and slightly browned. Remove from oven and stir after 15 minutes.
