Alternate cooking methods:
Large skillet: On medium heat, brown sausage, remove from pan. Cook shrimp, remove from pan. Cook potatoes until golden brown, add sausage and shrimp back in. Season as you go.
Foil Packs: tear off 4 large sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil. Spray each sheet with cooking spray. Evenly divide potatoes between sheets, then top with sausage and shrimp. Add seasoning and oil or butter. Fold each sheet up tightly into a packet. Cook packets on campfire or 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until done.
