Method
- In a large pot, add marinara sauce, chicken broth, and water over medium to medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
- Add in tortellini, cook 3-4 minutes or until tortellini floats to the top. Adjust cooking time according to the type of tortellini you use. Frozen and dried will take a little longer.
- Add in cream or half and half, parmesan cheese and spinach. Cook 3-4 minutes until cream and cheese are incorporated and spinach is wilted.
- Let cool 5 minutes. Serve will crusty bread for dipping.
